While the whole world is going through challenging times, all we can do is be patient, stay home, stay safe and stay healthy! The Limassol Nautical Club has your back; while gyms, pools and outdoor workout areas are closed, we want to encourage everyone to do everything they can from home.
Along with our experienced coaches we will be creating workouts you can do from home to maintain your physique as well you mental health, while the Covid-19 measures are in place.
First up a series of sessions by our Swimming Coach Joseph Psomas!
Begin with the Warm Up session, move on to Injury Prevention, afterwards choose one of the Trainings (No1/No2) and finally finish your workout with a good stretch. On rest days you can do the Stretching session on its own!
