Aristotelis Ioannou

Born in 1985 in the Czech Republic. Graduated from the Aristotle University, Thessaloniki, Department of Physical Education and Sport, with a specialty in Rowing. Holds a coaching degree from the World Rowing Federation (FISA). He has been an active rower from 2000 until present. Holds the National Indoor rowing Record in the Lightweight Men’s Division. Rowing Coach at TEPAK from 2011-2014. Coach at the Lanitio Athletics School from 2011 until present. Has first place wins in National Championships, Greek Championships and other International Regattas. Second place wins at the European Indoor rowing Championships in Nottingham, 2012. Has taken part in the Mediterranean Games in both 2009 and 2013. Took part in the World Under 23 Rowing Championships 2007 in Glasgow and the world Coastal Rowing Championships 2014 in Thessaloniki. He is also an active runner and has a large number of local successes in long distance races. He has also taken part in 4 marathons.

Anthoula Nestoros

Born in 1987 and raised in Zimbabwe. Started rowing in 2002 for Arundel School, Zimbabwe where she captained the team from 2004-2005.From 2002-2005 took part and medalled in African and South African Championships. In 2006 coached the Arundel School rowing team. From 2006-2009 She studied BSc Mathematics in Manchester where she was part of the senior women’s 8+ which medalled in numerous regattas in the UK. Moved to Cyprus and joined Limassol Nautical Club in June 2011 and since then has medalled in all National Championships. National senior women Indoor Champion since 2012.Has medalled at International regattas and took part in the 2014 World Coastal rowing Championships. Holds a FISA level 1 and 2 Rowing coaching degree as well as being a certified First aider.

Chrysostomos Miltiadous

Born in 1989 in Limassol Cyprus. Started rowing in 2010 for Limassol Nautical Club. Graduated from Frederick University of Primary Education department with specialty  in Physical Education. Holds a FISA level 1 and 2 Rowing coaching degree as well as being a certified First aider. Instructor-Coach in Limassol Nautical Club Summer school for four years. Rowing instructor in Ministry of Education and Culture Watersports programme for three years. He has been an active rower from 2010 until present.I was sent to Giannitsa as an assistant coach to help in the preparation of the Cyprus junior national rowing team.
